I am so delighted to introduce you to the new version of InsiderFrance, a blog dedicated to the exciting events taking place in and outside of Paris, and other parts of Europe. As a passionately dedicated Francophile, who has resided in France for the past 22 years, I want to share with you all the things that I love about France, as well as the things that I continue to discover and that both surprise and delight me.
Whether it’s a new restaurant, wine bar or museum exhibition, concert or ballet, or exciting artist, writer or business personality, the aim of InsiderFrance is to let you know what’s hot and what’s not. I will also be covering new boutiques and designers with an emphasis on what is created and made in France. At the same time, I don’t want to limit this blog just to things and places where you can spend your money. I also hope to be taking the pulse of my adopted country and helping to clarify things that may mystify you. The joy of living in France is that everyday I learn new things about one of the most intriguing and creative civilizations on the planet.
That is why I invite you to tell me about your France, and to let me know about people, places and events that are relevant to this blog. I need your input to make InsiderFrance as exciting and as relevant as possible. And I want to hear from you–because you will enable me to become smarter about all things French–whether it’s a new style or a new recipe, or a new place to choose for my readers’ next holiday.
At InsiderFrance, we have a motto: “Stay Curious. Travel Different.” I hope you will join me in staying abreast with all that is great and wonderful about France and beyond.
